ANG-FSI MODERNIZING AMERICAN DIPLOMACY
STRENGTHENING FSI’S GLOBAL AFFAIRS EXPERTISE
All Native Group understands the need to strengthen the Department of State’s expertise that are increasingly in the forefront of global affairs. ANG’s vision is to modernize American diplomacy and expertise of government personnel in emerging technologies in cyber security and diplomacy, training, public health and climate change.
STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT OF FSI EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND CYBER DIPLOMACY COURSES
Enhancing the courses to government personnel and improving the educational management systems within the Department of State are crucial to modernizing American diplomacy. All Native Group recruits subject matter experts who have specialized knowledge in cyber diplomacy and provides administrative and professional services support to help manage the strategic development of tradecraft courses.
SUPPORTING AND SERVICING THE ENTIRE FOREIGN SERVICES INSTITUTE
ANG has the capability and is prepared to recruit highly diverse personnel with appropriate competencies to support the unique departments and offices within the Foreign Services Institute. ANG would provide personnel with the specialized skill sets including educational specialists and administrative professionals to support the broad variety of work conducted by the entire FSI Bureau.
PROVIDING EFFECTIVE VIRTUAL TRAINING AND ONBOARDING
Today’s professional work environment typically requires a mix of in person and virtual training and onboarding. ANG focuses on maximizing the effectiveness of the virtual environment and can efficiently onboard and train positions in any virtual manner necessary. To continue to modernize American diplomacy, FSI personnel needs be trained to use the technology and understand the broad platforms available to effectively work remotely.
FOCUS ON RECRUITING AND RETAINING PERSONNEL
Recruiting and retaining talent provides the Department of State with a stable and consistent personnel that makes the FSI more efficient and effective eliminating the challenges of re-training a new workforce. ANG prides itself on its ability to work efficiently and effectively with any incumbent staff to ensure the success of FSI programs and departments.

ANG provides more than 300 full-time employees to the DoS and supply a wide range of operational and management support. ANG provides integral training support to the Diplomatic Security Training Center (DSTC) for thousands of personnel at several locations.
FOREIGN SERVICES INSTITUTE CYBER SECURITY TRAINING AND RELATED SUPPORT
ANG is a trusted provider of Cyber Security Training and Services to the Foreign Services Institute and the Federal Government. All Native Group provides that security in the United States and overseas on networked and non-networked systems, Access Control, and at large, regional Network Enterprise Centers.
