Meet Ashley King!
Ashley is a Communications Specialist/Technical Writer with All Native Group. She has been with the company for 10 months. In her role, she helps with processing a variety of documents for users. She also provides multiple forms of communications to inform customers of projects and new features that will have impact on them and their daily duties and responsibilities.

What do you enjoy most about the work you do?
I enjoy my daily interactions with the team and the opportunity to help customers by getting necessary information to them.
How have you been able to grow since you started?
Since retiring from the military, I have grown significantly while learning an unfamiliar environment along with terminology. I look forward to continuing to grow professionally by attending the PMP course in the fall.
What has been one of your favorite projects so far, and why?
My favorite project was working alongside of our engineers as they built power apps for customers and watching it come together. These power apps are going to make someone’s job significantly easier. Putting together the guides and necessary documents, I feel like I could teach a new user all about it, and I am the technical writer/communications specialist, not the engineer.
What do you like to do outside of work?
When I am not working, I am spending time with my busy family on a baseball field, at a swimming pool, or in the gym (whether for my daughter or for myself). My hobby is refinishing furniture which I thoroughly enjoy the process and being able to work with my hands.
What is something about you that might surprise people?
My husband and I are both retired military of 20+ years and while that has not been our greatest challenge, it is one for which I am profoundly grateful. I was able to learn how to give my children the environment they needed to be resilient and how to handle grief when faced with an awful tragedy.
What has surprised you about working for ANG?
I am surprised and would give the insight of ANG is a company that genuinely cares about their employees. They will assist with the kindest spirit any way they can. For my first experience in the “civilian world,” this has been a great one.
Do you have anything you’re looking forward to?
My family and I are taking our first ever vacation (to St. Thomas) together, and we are beyond excited. We are also looking forward to getting the summer kicked off outside, it is our favorite place to be.
