Meet fernanda martinez fabela!
Fernanda is a Support Agreements Manager and Program Manager with All Native Group. She has been with the company almost two years.
In her role, she works with the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) and serves as team lead for ANG/Protégé, overseeing 13 contractors.

What do you enjoy most about the work you do?
I enjoy the passion and satisfaction of helping complete the mission for ANG/Protégé and for WRAIR.
How have you been able to grow personally and/or professionally since you started?
I have grown tremendously in a professional and personal level due to my position(s). I have learned to lead my team to success and to complete the mission. I have grown in ways I did not think were possible. I am grateful for this opportunity.
What has been one of your favorite projects so far, and why?
Every project that I have worked on has been my favorite. Each project that I have worked on has taught me something new, whether that’s learning to lead, working as a group to complete the mission, or learning the steps on how to do better next time.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I enjoy playing tennis.
What has surprised you about working for ANG?
ANG has surprised me on how much they care about their employees. It has been great to work for company like this– one goes above and beyond to recognize folks for their hard work.
Do you have anything you’re looking forward to or have you done anything fun or interesting lately?
I am looking forward to continuing my career here at ANG.
