HCI Management Services to upgrade technology for Passport Services

HCI Management Services, an All Native Group company, will upgrade conference and training rooms for 33 Department of State, Consular Affairs – Passport Services (CA/PPT) locations around the country.

Similar to other businesses around the country, the CA/PPT currently has a variety of technology and resources spread across its offices. When the agency’s personnel travel to other office locations, operating the differing systems has proven difficult in the past.

Per the roughly $8M contract, the upgrade will standardize the technology, operation and related infrastructure at the various domestic Passport Services conference rooms.

“HCI Management Services will be responsible for procuring, installing and maintaining a state-of-the-art multimedia system that will be common throughout CA/PPT’s facilities around the U.S.,” said Kelli Johnson, Executive General Manager. “We’ll provide them with the consistency in performance they need, regardless of location.”
