Ho-Chunk, Inc. is pleased to announce the receipt of an $80 million federal contract to a company within its All Native Group division. All Native, Inc. was recently awarded the U.S. Department of State (DOS) Diplomatic Security Training Center (DSTC) Professional Support Services Contract. This receipt marks the single largest annual revenue contract award in the company’s history. As a result, the Ho-Chunk, Inc. office in Washington, D.C. will be significantly expanded to accommodate the increased number of employees.
All Native, Inc. will provide program management and administrative support to the DOS, Bureau of Diplomatic Security. The DOS is involved in an ongoing effort to upgrade security domestically and at its overseas facilities in order to better protect personnel, property and national security information. The company will assist in this effort by providing training to DOS Agents and other employees at the DSTC.
All Native, Inc. will work with the DSTC to educate individuals on defensive measures against firearms; learning how to drive and navigate a vehicle through an attack while avoiding collision; identifying and averting a potential deadly explosive situation as well as handling situations consisting of multiple life threatening scenarios. The company will employ physical security specialists, many types of subject matter experts, investigative professionals, financial managers, cyber professionals as well as other personnel in professional support fields for these courses.
The DSTC provides varying levels of education from entry level to experienced agents in training. Therefore, the instructors for the courses are equipped with the most up-to-date information and experience. All Native, Inc. will work to employ instructors who have recently returned from high threat areas to enhance this level of training.
The DOS DSTC Professional Support Services Contract will employ 225 personnel over a three year period. The contract support is predominantly located at the domestic DOS facilities but will also support and train personnel globally which includes over 260 Foreign Service posts worldwide.
Another Ho-Chunk, Inc. subsidiary was awarded a $5.4 million federal contract under the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Human Resources Directorate. Ho-Chunk Technical Solutions will provide all labor, supervision and quality control necessary to provide comprehensive administrative and professional HR support services. The professional HR services are in the following areas: Classification and Staffing, HR Systems, Labor Management and Employee Relations and Senior Executive Management and follow policy and guidance in accordance with Code of Federal Regulation.
Under the WHS Human Resources Directorate contract, Ho-Chunk Technical Solutions will employ 11 personnel over three years. The contract will particularly take place at the Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia; Mark Center, Alexandria, Virginia; and various WHS leased facilities in Crystal City, Arlington, VA.
The WHS provides a wide range of strategic, administrative and operational services that enable Department of Defense components to accomplish the mission of supporting the Secretary of Defense. The WHS Human Resources Directorate provides human resources services for executive, political, military, and civilian personnel; performs security investigations and clearances; conducts adjudications and appeals and manages the various voluntary campaign programs.
