Get to know Brett Hysinger, Division Director at All Native Group. Brett has been with the company since February of 2019. He oversees operational delivery for a portfolio of programs and supports growth and development efforts.
What do you enjoy most about the work you do?
I love interacting with folks across the company and getting to know my coworkers better.
What has been one of your favorite projects so far, and why?
The United States Marine Corps transition has been my favorite project. It was a chance to work with a new customer while giving many new employees their first job out of college. It has been exciting to watch the program and individuals involved grow and develop.
What do you like to do outside of work? What is something about you that might surprise people?
I am very active and enjoy Crossfit. I also own an all-star cheer gym and teach/coach tumbling and cheerleading.
What has surprised you about working for All Native Group? What insights or advice would you give to someone who is thinking about applying to work here or recently started?
We are growing so fast! I have been given the opportunity to work with many different coworkers and customers across multiple scopes. Each opportunity has provided unique and valuable learning.
How has your work adjusted in response to the pandemic?
The majority of my interactions are now remote which has opened up the door for new opportunities to collaborate with coworkers and customers.
What is your favorite part about holidays? What are you looking forward to this year?
I love the general buzz in the air during the holiday season. I am looking forward to spending quality time with family.
