My position allows me to work collaboratively with a multitude of talented professionals that motivate, inspire, appreciate, and value me.

I have worked in the Training Directorate for 6 years (February 2015); to include 4 years with FASTC Training Development and Analysis Division (TDA), and 2 years T Resource Management (T/RM). ANG has supported my professional development by encouraging me to pursue various roles and responsibilities and by providing professional development training.

One of my favorite assignments is assisting the COR with the day-to-day contract administration. I like the feeling of self-accomplishment as I work with colleagues to create solutions that improve our work-life balance.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I enjoy reading, gardening, and yoga.

What is something about you that might surprise people?

Public speaking is a challenge for me.

What has surprised you about working for ANG? Or what insights or advice would you give to someone who is thinking about applying to work here or recently started?

I feel that ANG truly cares for their employees. This is demonstrated by the salary/benefits, professional development, employee support programs, and employee appreciation incentives.

Do you have anything you’re looking forward to or have you done anything fun or interesting lately?

I just started at a new yoga studio, and I’m looking forward to the annual employee holiday celebration.
